Below are the set guidelines on applications process with us at TATAgency which is stated as follows;
- Visa/School service product paid for can not be changed to another application or another country.
- Application appointment that has been booked and not used by client is terms service has been rendered.
- All visa and school service application processing takes 7-10business days to process considered all the necessary documents are provided
- Payment are required to be made in full
- 10% discount on processing is given after you have paid for more than 4clients and registered as a partner.
- Each party shall bear its own costs and expenses unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Visa & School Application forms are to be filled correctly and sent back to the visa officer by the client.
- Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through proper channel.
- Both parties shall act in good faith and use their best efforts to achieve the objectives of the partnership.
REFUND POLICY:
This refund policy govern all visa applications, school services, birth services, vacation packages and other related services provided by TATAgency for her clients:
- Refund shall only be done into your wallet (standard and premium plan) and coupon (basic plan)
- If after requesting for a service with TATAgency you wish to withdraw the application after 24hours and within 48hours and your application has not commenced, 40% of the amount paid as processing fee shall be deducted as bank surcharges, assessment and/or administration fees.
- If after requesting for a service with TATAgency you wish to withdraw the application after 48hours and within 72hours and your application has not commenced, 60% of the amount paid as processing fee shall be deducted as bank surcharges, assessment and/or administration fees.
- If after requesting for a service with TATAgency you wish to withdraw the application after 72hours and your application has not commenced, There shall be no refund of the processing fee, however you are entitled to use the service in future (within a year of your payment).
- Only the visa application fee will be refunded if your application has commenced.
- There shall be no refund for any product bought on sales (promo price, black friday etc). However the refund value can be used to swap products in the same category.
- For vacation packages: In a case where a client’s visa is denied/where the client wishes to cancel the trip after processing has commenced, only 60% of the required initial deposit shall be refunded.
- Refund takes between 7-10 business days.
- If after requesting for a service with TATAgency you wish to withdraw the application within 24hours and your application has not commensed, you will get 100% refund.
*TATAgency shall on no circumstance contact any of your client by getting the contact information saved on the portal
